East Dublin Bart Station Parking Structure
Dublin, CA
The East Dublin BART Station Parking Structure consists of seven levels that reflects the compatibility with the existing buildings and surrounding neighborhood.
The Parking Structure incorporates tan split face and gray precision CMU Veneer units adhered to a plaster substrate using Laticrete Thin Set material at the first floor columns and spandrels. The choice of colors and textures blends with the existing BART Substation next to the project and the surrounding Condo projects that have been built on parking podiums veneered with masonry. The earth tone masonry colors work well with the surrounding plaza and they have been coated with an anti-graffiti sealer to provide easier maintenance.
