Stanford University Auxiliary Library III
Livermore, CA
The Stanford University Auxiliary Library is located in an industrial park separated from the University, but the design quality and environmental harmony associated with the University are maintained.
The facility is constructed with precision and split-face concrete masonry units in a stack bond pattern. Masonry accent walls surrounding the buildings provide additional character to the complex. Openings in the accent walls dramatically replicate the windows of the buildings.
Future additions are planned and concrete masonry units can be manufactured to match the existing facility.
