Starting with us as a bricklayer apprentice in 2007, Rolando became a foreman in 2015 and an estimator/project manager in 2018.
Working as a bricklayer from a young age and with an extensive masonry background, Robert started with us in 1997 as a foreman and took over as Field Superintendent in 2011.
Starting his career out of high school as a brick tender, Matt started with us in 2007 and became our Safety Director in 2016.
Rona has been our Bookkeeper since 2007.

Prior to joining the JJM team as an Estimator/Project Manager in 2024, Alex began his career as a Bricklayer Apprentice in 2007. Alex had become a Certified Bricklayer Journeyman through the BAC 3, and has run work as a Foreman Bricklayer from 2018-2022. After that time Alex had utilized his field experience to move into Project Management.
As third generation of masons in his family, Josue initiated masonry at a young age. In this time, he has participated in many home and commercial projects, and now, public works. Josue is always eager to learn more about his profession and is currently working towards a BS in Construction Management.
Charisse joined John Jackson in 2024, studying Bookkeeping.
